The Welding Shop was founded in June of 1969 and one of the original founders is still active in the day-to-day operations of the company, with some of our staff being here for over 30 years. After having been in our previous location for over 35 years we have recently move to a larger and more accessible location at 5110 – 76 Ave SE Calgary Alberta T2C 2X2. This amount of experience helps us to provide the highest level of professional service to the welding industry, guaranteed customer satisfaction, and to always be proactive so that safety is never compromised.

The Welding Shop is proud to be a CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) to CSA Standard 47.1 certified company. With this certification, it reassures our customers that our welding services are of the highest quality as we are required to adhere to clear requirements with respect to personnel, procedures, as well as workmanship, and our certification is verified regularly with CWB onsite auditors.
